Mr. Tang Yingzhong established the company in 1989, at which time 12 sets fire hose looms were put into production. With development of the fire hose production, we purchased 26 sets fire hose looms in 1993. Now, 64 sets looms are in Fangtian Group Fire Hose Co., Ltd. Our extruders for rubber were imported from Germany. Some important parts of fire hose vulcanization lines were imported from USA. Fully trained 150 polyester jacket weavers and 30 rubber vulcanization workers will produce 3000,000 meters fire hose each year. 50,000 pairs coupling and 75,000 pieces branchpipe are supplied each year. Before delivery of each roll fire hose, we will test bursting pressure, check diameter and measure adhesive strength. We must guarantee quality of each roll fire hose. With 12 years efforts, our fire hose are welcome in UAS, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, SOUTH EAST ASIA, SOUTH AMERICA market.
